      Dear Colleagues, On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my great honor and
      privilege  to  welcome  you  to  the  1st  Pan-Arab  &  4th  Tunisian  Congress
      of Thoracic Surgery.
      This landmark event represents a unique opportunity to bring together the brightest
      minds  in  thoracic  surgery  from  across  the  Arab  world  and  beyond.
      Tunisia  is  deeply  honored  to  have  been  chosen  by  the  Arab  League  of  Thoracic
      Surgery    as    the    host    nation   for    this   prestigious   gathering.
      This selection reflects our commitment to advancing thoracic surgery and fostering
      regional and international collaboration.

              •    Management  of  Acute  Intraoperative  Bleeding  in  Thoracic  Surgery:  A  paramedical  workshop  focusing
      on life-saving
      techniques.
              •   Rigid   Bronchoscopy:   Hands-on   training   on   this   essential   skill   in   thoracic   surgery.
              •       Fast Track in Thoracic Surgery: Strategies to enhance post-operative recovery and optimize patient outcomes.

              •  N2  Disease  in  Non-Small  Cell  Lung  Cancer  (NSCLC)  :  New  TNM  classifications,  neoadjuvant  treatments,
      and surgical decision-making
              •  Sublobar  Resection  for  NSCLC:  Advances  in  segmentectomy,  robotic-assisted  techniques,  and  the  debate
      on its effectiveness.
              •  Perioperative  Management  in  Thoracic  Surgery:  The  latest  updates  on  non-intubated  surgery,  artificial
      intelligence in ambulatory surgery, and enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS).
              • Tuberculosis Surgery: When and why surgical intervention is necessary, uncommon radiological presentations,
